Bring in the experiences you want to have with your left hand to your heart, and then with your right hand beam them out of your heart like how Jesus beamed the red and blue rays out of his heart.

Imagine roses that have turned blue, they are the eyes of a new life. Then, imagine them turning into swirling rainbows that free you from your chains. You are free.
The joyful life
If you want a joyful life, you have to give something to joy. Imagine a sun, bigger than any sun, a sun full of happiness love light and anything good you can imagine be it abundance money or friends or anything good. Then , give this to the Sun. It will give you the life you want in spades. Cheers to a good life!
